Maiden Voyage to Colonia#
I recently acquired a Drake-Class Fleet Carrier that allows us to all load our ships onto a single vessel piloted by yours truly. It is planned to take a sight-seeing maiden voyage to Colonia to gain access to some of the hard-to-reach Odyssee Engineers as well as explore to collect cartographic and exobiology data.
We will be departing June 1st and returning August 1st#
- There will be two weeks of travel time each way to and from Colonia/Sag A. During these two weeks, the carrier will jump on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:00-9:00 PM MST. It is recommended to be on the carrier at least 15 minutes before jump time starts, if not sooner. Outside this time, you are welcome to explore or mine at your leisure.
- We have already fully acquired the fuel needed for the trip to Colonia. We will still need another ~4000-5000 tons for the return trip once there. This amounts to roughly
300M Credits. - Once the trip starts, it will continue as planned until complete. No early returns or stopping for detours. This is mostly to prevent confusion and to make scheduling simple on my part.
The trip will take roughly two months:
- Week 1-2 (
6/1~6/14): Jump time - Travel to Colonia - Week 3-5 (
6/15~7/7): Explore Colonia/Engineering - Week 6 (
7/8~7/14): Visit Sag A - Week 7-8 (
7/15~8/1): Jump time - Return to Bubble
Before we head to Colonia, have you...

Transferred all of your ships and outfitting modules to the carrier? - This will become much more expensive once we leave
